Fee Schedule 2026

MoveWise Home Physio is dedicated to a high value service with clear fees.

It is our experience that commitment to a 12 week program (minimum) is typically required to see ongoing benefits from Physiotherapy.

This may involve many, or few, in-home visits from our Physiotherapist, depending on what’s right for you. We are priced to ensure those who require extra frequency of treatment can get the help they need.

• Private

  • No referral required.

  • Initial 45min consultation ($126) includes report to your GP with a clear plan for ongoing care (if requested).

  • Follow up appointments typically half an hour at $96.

  • You may self-claim a rebate through your private health insurance – depending on level of cover.

• GP Management Plan (CDM/EPC)

  • GP referral required (click to find out more)

  • Usual fee payable, with Medicare rebate then returned to you.

  • Medicare rebate for up to x5 visits per year. Current rebate is $61.80

• Home Care Package

  • Referral/approval from your HCP manager required.

  • Initial 45min consultation ($126) includes report with recommendations for ongoing care.

  • Follow up appointments typically half an hour at $96.

• DVA

  • DVA Health Cards accepted (Gold/White cards)

  • GP D904 referral required.

• NDIS

  • We provide services to NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed.

  • Initial 1 hour appointment and 1 hour report writing billed at $136 per hour with additional provider travel capped at $10 (local suburbs).

  • Follow up appointments are billed at $136 per hour or $86 for half hour, with additional provider travel capped at $10 (local suburbs).
